Dr. Jeremy Fox, a Kanawha County, West Virginia native, joined the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy faculty in the summer of 2007 as an assistant professor of internal medicine.  He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Shenandoah University in 2004, where he also served as an adjunct assistant professor at the Bernard J. Dunn School of Pharmacy.

He completed his residency in 2005, and was designated a Board Certified Pharmacy Specialist (BCPS) while working as a clinical specialist in internal medicine and renal transplantation at the Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC).

Dr. Fox brings to the UC School of Pharmacy experience in developing internal medicine patient care practices.  In addition to didactic responsibilities, he will establish an internal medicine practice in the Charleston area, where he will be involved with hospital pharmacies and patient medical teams.
