The University of Charleston School of Pharmacy is in the process of developing a comprehensive strategic plan that will assist the program in reaching its' goal of becoming a pharmacy program of distinction in the Appalachian region. As a valued stakeholder, we would love to receive your input. The attached survey is designed to capture your thoughts, ideas, suggestions, and help us to (1) understand the School of Pharmacy's strengths, challenges, opportunities, threats, and strategic priorities, (2) develop a strategic plan to help move the School forward, and (3) empower you as a stakeholders to set a course for the future and effect positive change with regards to pharmacy education and services in West Virginia.
